This exotic place has been on my cards for a while until I got lucky to called upon for a tasting recently. Given below are a list of some of the amazing dishes that I got to try my hands on:-

MOCKTAILS:-

Purple Hat (200 INR):- Having a blend of Lime Juice and Lemon Juice with some salt in it, this went out a little blank on my tastebuds but asking on more they said that some people tend to like this a lot. So, As I Always keep it mind while I share my own critic, I would say again that this might be their version of a Grape Juice.

Purple Hat (200 INR)

Rose Lemonade (200 INR):- Having a blend of Rose Syrup and Lemonade, This one tasted like yet Another RoohAfza but I kid you not it worked out for me but only till I got the soups on the table.

Rose Lemonade (200 INR)

SOUPS:-

Laksa Soup (INR):- Just like another Laksa Soup this was a bowl full of Laksa Paste, Coconut Milk, Kaffir Lime Leaf, and Red Chilli mixed together. But The flavour of Laksa was a little over powered by the coconut milk and I guess that made it a little better for my taste which was strange for me considering how much have I stayed away from coconut milk untill It's those yummilicious non-veg gravies.

Laksa Soup (INR)

Lemon Coriander Soup (140 INR):- This one was a game for me. I couldn't start and stop sipping on the soup even till the end of our last few dishes when I had to give up on them literally because they had to clear the table to make room for the mains lol. Flavour of Lemon Juice and Coriander leaves did a magic to my taste that I still can't forget.

NON-VEG STARTER:-

Chicken Burnt Garlic with Salsa Sauce (280 INR):- The flavour of burnt garlic certainly is predominant and extremely tasty. This was one of the best from the table that day and not just me everyone had a chance to talk about this one. The salsa sauce was a perfect company to the Burnt Garlic to add some flavours to it.

Chicken Pattaya With Schezwan Sauce (300 INR):- With All that Green I hesitated a little to take bite for it goes with my battle of liking green vegetables and It was such a relief after the first bite, Although Contrry to the common belief not all the thai dishes are hot or spicy but I get That's why they serve the dish with Schezwan Sauce to catch up with the missing heat.

Chicken Pattaya With Schezwan Sauce (300 INR)

Chicken Peri Peri with Tata Sauce (280 INR):- Although I already said that Chicken Burnt Garlic was the winner of the day, But If I could ever take it back, I would readdress my love for Peri Peri and would like to let you know of a fact that I was the one to finish almost 80% of the whole knowing that we're just getting started with the dishes coming in.

TANDOORI STARTER KEBAB:-

Paneer Sholey Kebab (370 INR):- Paneer Sholey Kebab were the tender, stuffed, cubes of paneer which were skewered with crunchy vegetables and grilled to perfection!

Paneer Sholey Kebab (370 INR)

Chicken Tiranga Kebab (400 INR):- This one changed my idea in a way to be honest as All the other ones I have had before were the three different tikkas of three different colors to let them be called as Tiranga Kebab whereas This one was where each tikka had a tricolour scheme going on. But, I can't miss onto saying the kebabs didn't miss their importance in terms of taste in this drama at all.

MAIN COURSE VEG:-

Manali Special (400 INR):- This was monstrous, yes having a huge quantity, Manali special is basically two different gravies in one plate, One of which is a Pudina Base and another one is an Onion Base gravy and hence doesn't fall out on the expectations.

Manali Special (400 INR)

Paneer Pasanda (350 INR):- This is a much smooth and creamy recipe as compared to any other paneer gravies and has a perfect taste to it. I've been stunned at this recipe before when I saw a strange gravy on table at 360 Degree, but I knew this time for sure when a green gravy arrived on the table that this gravy goes well without  a doubt for a perfect meal with a Naan or Roti.

Paneer Pasanda (350 INR)

MAIN COURSE NON-VEG:-

Murgh Musallam (450 INR):- This is a typical mughlai style rich and regal dish that has Full Roasted Chicken with onion base gravy and served rice on the plate. The gravy is perfectly cooked and the chicken was still tender to every bite.

Paneer Pasanda (350 INR)

DESSERTS:-

Triple Sundae (200 INR):- I don't think I would need to give more deets on this literally triple (Chocolate, Strawberry, and Mango) in a bowl along with choco sticks and thin wafers goes for a family treat and can serve the dessert cravings of an entire group.

Triple Sundae (200 INR)

Manali Family Restaurant and Bar may sound like any other conventional restaurant because of its very mainstream name, but the place is special in what it cooks, what it serves and what it gives you. While value for money is one thing that stands out about the place, their service is an underdog, which needs to be highlighted more.
